SINGING – Platinum Intermediate - Advanced Package
Welcome to the Platinum Package for singers! This package focuses on preparing students for Grade 4 – 5 Singing, GCSE Music and also throws in some information you may need if you go on to study music at A Level and Degree Level, in preparation for that.
You may wish to purchase a writing programme at this point, I would recommend the types of programmes that are used in A Level and Degree level courses, such as Logic Pro and Audacity.
With the previous knowledge that you have in music, we are building on your skills so that you understand how music is put together. This can help you with a huge number of vocations within music.
This course is for people that know they want to take music further or have an interest in studying music on a deeper level.
Much of our work has to be done outside of lessons to get the best results, I am therefore introducing you to ideas, for you to take and use in whichever way benefits your particular study of music.
We are learning music from a broader perspective and taking these ideas to use in our songs and the overall shaping of where we see ourselves moving forward to from here. It is about equipping you with the tools you will need at this stage of your learning and also helping you to be a step ahead so that you will be prepared for the professional world of singing. If you would like to include more singing in your lessons, please refer to the ‘Gold’ package.
This package is also suitable for those that wish to study music appreciation and want to gain a deeper understanding of music from a broader level. I look forward to tutoring you!

SINGING – Gold Singers Intermediate Package
Welcome to the Gold Singers Package! In this package, we build upon your current knowledge in singing, we go over all the basics and we start to include some more intermediate level concepts such as performance, how to perform with a secure sense of rhythm and pulse, we start to understand more about improvisation, developing our own musical personality, so that we are developing a sound that is our own. The goal is to develop control over our voice and what it is capable of, so we cover slightly more demanding technical exercises which relate to the songs we are working on.
We will be looking at music theory as part of the package, as this is often missed in singing lessons and is important for your overall understanding of music and the songs that we are working on. We also look at slightly more, in depth concepts such as harmony and how we can use that to create our own improvisations, which within the next package, starts to lead to song-writing if this is an area on which you would like to focus.

Silver
SINGING – Silver Singing Beginners’ Package
Welcome to the Silver, beginner singers’ package! Have you ever wondered how the singers that you admire the most train every day? How they get a warm resonance in their sound? A beautifully smooth long held note? How they are able to articulate the lyrics to songs so that they are in charge of the performance? Well this is where we start.
We start with the basics - all the fundamentals that we need to make a good, healthy sound. We work on the exercises that will help us to approach songs with an understanding using a good sense of aural training, knowledge of pulse and rhythm and even start to include some sight-singing. Why is all of this important for a beginner singer? Because these are the foundations that we need to have firmly in place before we are able to move on to slightly more challenging phrases, styles and more.
